RPM Project Si
Here, we have a 2000 Civic Si. The florida owner had it hopped up with nitrous and all the goodies, then the car got repossessed. Afterwards, the car got broken into in the impound lot. My guess...the owner busted into it and took all his shiz back.
So here it is, with the entire drivetrain removed, half of the interior, wheels, suspension, hood, trunk, all the glass, front and rear bumpers, total exhaust system including catylitic converter and pipes, all removed. If I find anything else gone, I will be sure to post it. As of now, a 2x6 is the front suspension. Unpressure-treated.
Race Pro Motorsports (RPM) is happy to take on the challenge of piecing it back together, and we'll add a few goodies of our own. And I'll keep you posted on everything we do.

Not much to report, but I found a Clifford alarm and keyless entry system when I was trying to take out a nitrous cable. I just kinda stumbled upon it. The shop owner, Don, says he doesn't really want it, so I took it out, and it's going in my car! Frickin' yeah! Free alarm and keyless system! Though, I do have to buy a new transmitter that goes on my keychain, cause I didn't find one of those. But it's still worth it.
Currently, Don is searching the net for good deals on engines. He's thinking of going with a B18C (GSR engine) instead of the stock B16A!!! Good engine. 10 more ponies, and 18 more lbs/ft of torque. Nothing is set in stone yet, so we'll see what kind of deals are out there. The Si might get the B16 again.
That's it for now. More later on.

The first entry! Owner of Race Pro Motorsports, Don, had a '97 Civic EX. A few days before Christmas, he put some cam gears, pulleys, and other stuff on. He totalled it two days later while experiencing his new mods. Bummer! The car rolled a lot, but somehow the sunroof didn't break, and the trunk is unharmed.

Here is the front of the SI. Notice that the engine is gone, the wheels are gone, the front bumper and hood are gone, and the thieves cut a large portion of the frame at the nose that hold the bumper in place. How will we ever negotiate this tretchery?? Skills, that's how! |

This is the driver's side. The door is gone, along with the glass that was in it. Also, the side rear window is gone. No glass was ever broken, it was just all removed. The seats are gone, half of the center console is gone, all the instruments and climate controls are gone. The steering column housing is also gone. Can you spot anything that is missing that I haven't mentioned? |

Here, we have the rear end. The rear bumper was taken, along with the rear glass. The silver hood is from the '97 EX that was wrecked. Somehow, it's still good. The taillights are missing, and the rear top panel thing is missing. |

Here's another shot of the rear, looking down the car towards the front. |

This is the front suspension. An unpressure treated 2x6, rough cut. I imagine it would be a fairly stiff suspension. Not so great when you hit bumps, but good in the turns. Either way, we'll be replacing it with Eibachs most likely. The tire is shot, as you can tell. Since the thieves stole the wheels and tires, Don just tossed that on there to keep the car off the ground. All the tires are either stupid or dummy tires. |

The engine bay: incomplete. So the car is not quite driveable. There were a fair amount of hoses left, probably the not-so-important ones. Here you can see the cut frame in front also. |
